Use This Report Pad for Your Required Records of Cylinder Inspections
This pad provides for cylinder identification (DOT/ICC spec number, date manufactured, size, name of manufacturer and owner name), and sections for the protective coating, and what the cylinder was checked for (cuts, nicks, gouges, fire damage, dents and dings, leak, footring, corrosion, collar, and bulges). Also there are columns for the date of inspection, whether the relief valve was changed and the inspector's initials.
